HRCA’s Mother’s Day 5k | Mount Vista High School

Happy Mother’s Day! For those of you that missed it, Saturday May 10, was the HRCA’s first annual Mother’s Day 5k. Over 700 people came out to walk, jog, and run in support of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center
. The course began at Mount Vista High School, and wound its way along the rolling hills to give participants a beautiful view of the front range. Sons, daughters, friends, and family members all came out to support. We laughed, we cried, we danced, and we tried. What a wonderful way to show our mother’s how much we love them. Visit the HRCA’s website to find out about more opportunities to support some fantastic charities, and always remember when you’re moving, you’re grooving.
